• Communications: any messages you send to us for support

• To provide, operate, and improve the Aligne platform
• To sync your meetings with connected calendar services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Team members: Meeting data is visible to participants you or your team explicitly invite
• Service providers: Infrastructure and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
• Calendar providers: Google or Microsoft, when you choose to connect your calendar
• Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security on our database, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
